Jake Zyrus is a Filipino singer and actor who started his career known as Charice. Throughout the years he has risen from a young hustler to become one of the most internationally-recognized vocalists from the Philippines and is largely known for changing his gender midway through.

Family Life

His mom, Racquel, raised him and his brother, Carl.

His father, Ricky Pempengco, was murdered in a grocery-store altercation in 2011.
