Sarmiento, a connoisseur in education and recognized as one of the very few authorities in the field of Philippine Education, finally accepted our invitation as our resource speaker on “EDUCATION LAW AND THE PRIVATE SCHOOLS” held last November 25, 2009 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the St. Michael’s Gymnasium, Divine Word College of Urdaneta.

As all our schools are vulnerable to legal challenges, we realize that it is indeed an absolute necessity for our administrators, faculty and personnel, to be informed and updated with legal issues and concerns affecting them and school operations through the said seminar.
