Cheri Oteri, born on September 19, 1962, is an American actress and comedian, best known for her work on the NBC sketch comedy show "Saturday Night Live" from 1995 to 2000.
She also portrayed the character of Ellen Klench, a quirky librarian with a penchant for mixing up unrelated objects, in the television series "Sit Down, Shut Up" created by Mitch Hurwitz, the creator of the cult comedy series "Arrested Development".
