I cannot imagine that in the time it's been available online for purchase (SIX YEARS!), that someone *hasn't* pointed it out to the author -- and clearly, the author has not taken the time to fix that formatting error.

I might have been more lenient about this, but $40 is a lot for a softcover book with a significant printing error.

There were some parts that would leap backwards in time 2+ years then fast-forward again, so there were sections where I wasn't sure what year things were happening. A good editor could have helped smooth that out.
And oh, one last thing -- I *am* a "literate" fan of the band. You can deconstruct a piece of art without insulting others who do Soul on Fire - The Peter Steele Biography - Facebook KYR
